team training ride
3/3/12 Jeff, Dylan and i were there along with Ian, Kevin and Bayer... the ride was all on road or dirt roads...
i spent the majority of the ride being dropped and chasing back on to the group... of the 4.5 hours/ 79 miles of riding we did i spent 1 hour and 32 min at or above my lactate threshold.

When I was young my mom used to be a member of a biking club. Before I often tell her that she is too much addicted to biking but after I've learned it, I understand her.
