trainer (helpful tips)

My fist time on the trainer for the year, the trainer isn’t so bad if you have the right things to help you stay motivated and comfortable. Theses are the things that work for me….




processed meats: convenient sustained energy (spam & jerky but Vienna sausages are my fave)
Cape: anything to put over your back to soak up sweat .
techno: fast rhythm helps
bloody action movies: puts me in fast pace killer instinct mode
